During my tenure from September 2022 to February 2023, I served as a High Voltage Laboratory Assistant, undertaking a pivotal role in facilitating high voltage teaching sessions, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students while upholding stringent safety standards. My responsibilities included:- Conducting Scheduled High Voltage Teaching Sessions: Facilitated structured high voltage teaching sessions on a thrice-weekly basis, providing students with hands-on experience and theoretical understanding of high voltage testing procedures and equipment.- Developing Comprehensive Module Materials: Designed and developed comprehensive module materials tailored to the curriculum, encompassing theoretical concepts, practical applications, and safety protocols in high voltage testing.- Delivering Effective Demonstrations and Presentations: Presented engaging demonstrations and presentations to elucidate the utilization of high voltage testing equipment, fostering a deeper understanding of complex concepts among students.- Systematically Compiling Practical Test Results: Meticulously collected and compiled practical test results, utilizing Microsoft Excel to organize data and generate detailed reports. These reports served as valuable insights for both students' learning progress and laboratory improvement initiatives.My tenure as a High Voltage Laboratory Assistant not only honed my technical expertise in high voltage testing but also enhanced my communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts effectively. Today the AP Chemistry Boot Camp got over, and I would like to wish all students all the best to do well on the big exam. One of the feedbacks received from the boot camp is as follows. Thank you for writing this."I really appreciated the insightful information provided through this boot camp because it helped me develop a better understanding of many of the topics and learn about how to write proper FRQ's. Each class and every assignment helps to prepare me for the exam and I learned some valuable points to take note of when writing the exam such as correctly answering the prompt directly as well as practicing and learning from mistakes made. The resources given were super useful, especially the Big Ideas and Key Concepts Checklist as well as the practice MCQ's in every unit. It helped me focus on understanding each topic in depth and knowing how to answer the questions based on the knowledge of the units. A good lab Practical knowledge and Experience in school laboratory

As a student scientist,I have come to realize that hazard that happens in the laboratory are mostly caused by our ignorance about Laboratory safety....To prevent accidental injury and infection to yourself,here are 8 tips to observe at all times..1. Wash your hands with soap and dry them with towel on entering the laboratory and before leaving the laboratory.2. Always put on your laboratory coat any time and every time you are working in the laboratory.3. Tie back long hair to minimize exposure to open flames or contact with hazardous chemicals.4. Closed shoes should be worn at all times in the Laboratory.5. Do not place contaminated instrument such as inoculating loops, needles on bench top.6. Always wipe your work bench with sterilant.7. know the location of the fire extinguisher, eye wash, and safety shower in your laboratory and know how to use them in case of emergency.8. Use volatile and flammable compounds only in a Fume Hood to prevent inhalation of hazardous material.If you are coming across my post for the first, here is a little introduction about me...
