It's free and easy to let the Cape community know about your event through our online calendar.

• To be included in our entertainment listings, you must input your information by clicking on the dark bluePromote Your Eventbutton on ourcalendar listings page(www.capecodtimes.com/calendar) — and following the instructions to submit your event. The first time, you may be asked to register. For questions, there is also a chat option for help.

• Thedeadline for listings and Best Bets is 3 p.m. Wednesdays, nine days before publication.
We can no longer acceptlistingsinformation by email, mail, phone or fax. If you would like an event to also be considered as aBest Betin CapeWeek, you can email details tobestbets@capecodonline.com.

• If you would like us to considerphotos for a Best Bet event, they need to be high-resolution (at least 300 DPI) and sent as JPEG attachments. They MUST include the name of the photographer and confirmation of permission from the photographer (or whoever owns the copyright) that photos can be used for publicity purposes.

• Wedo not publishcasual rehearsal photos; subjects for a theater show, for example, must be in costume. We also cannot publish posters or flyers for an event.
